Travel included to venues within a 10 mile radius of NE23. Travel outside a 10
mile radius of NE23 charged at £40 per hour for each additional hour of travel
Bespoke arrangement & performance of your choice of music not currently on our
repertoire list £60 per piece

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking
The remaining 75% balance is due seven days before your event
Payment by bank transfer only
Bespoke arrangement requests must be finalised at least 30 days before your event
and cannot be amended once confirmed in writing
In the event of musician illness, an alternative professional musician will act as a
deputy
We take a 15 minute break for every two hours of live music performed.
Prerecorded music will be played during breaks
